In 1996, after graduating with a degree from Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts Program, Guy traveled to Arizona then Florida working for the Westin Hotel Group as well as a small independent restaurant group in Naples, FL. He started out at the National Hotel & Resort on Block Island, Rhode Island as a server during his summers off from college. Since Guy has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years from the front to the back of the house. Later, moving back to the Boston area in 1999, he took a position with Le Meridian Hotel group as a chef in the banquet facilities, refining his catering skills from at upscale hotel group. In 2002, he successfully opened his first Servizio Corporate Café in Burlington with the idea to take all of his skills and experience and create a corporate café and catering service that is second to none. A dedicated business and family man, Guy takes pride in providing the freshest quality food and to his customers.
